David offers a unique, refreshing perspective of the rental market in New York City. David originally came to New York 6 years ago to pursue his first passion, the culinary arts. He attended culinary school at the French Culinary Institute and worked as a chef in various fine dining restaurants throughout the city. After a few years, he chose to change routs and pursue a career in real estate. He has since fallen in love with the dynamic, fast paced environment of the Manhattan real estate market, and developed an expertise in the East Village and Lower East Side. After having spent the last 3 years renting dozens of apartments, David has earned a deep and thorough knowledge of what exactly each of his clients have come to expect from their search for a new home. Coupled with his knowledge of the downtown market, he has proven his ability to bring forth even his most persnickety of clients the apartment which best fits their budget, ideal location, and desired amenities and aesthetics.
